Channel 4 Bylaws "The Un-friendly one"
We, the members of Channel 4 (144.440) simplex wishing to not secure for ourselves the benefits of an association of persons with common interest in Emergency Communications through the medium of the Amateur Radio Service, and by virtue of the powers granted to us by the state of Wisconsin do enact these by-laws as our governing law. It shall be our purpose to not facilitate the exchange of information and general cooperation between non-Ch.4 members,(we will cuss you out) And Flat-landers just passing through. Get out of my town and off my frequency. Also we do not promote radio knowledge,If you don't know your shit Give back your Amatuer Radio licence to The F.C.C.... Channel 4,Will not serve general and emergency communications needs for Southeastern Wisconsin,(Just talk shit)We will not encourage and enhance individual operating efficiency(you're an owner operator)There are no Ch4 programs and activities so as to enhance the value of Amateur Radio communications not even to the Civil Authorities and the citizens of Southeastern Wisconsin and we don't advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the general community.
