I have appeared on the cover of the June 2004 QST Magazine...In the cover shot I am working the 2mtr ssb station for the Lefrog (Local Emergency Field Radio Operating Group) field-day site in Port Washington,Wis.I Enjoy working field day, promoting the hobby with the youth of today With JATA...I have been a ham for 12 years and a General class operator for Six of them .I am out on HF now I have made it to Japan and the Czech Republic. I also have 48 of the 50 states going to the WAS award ..Right now I am working on my Extra class. I also use to help out on two meter teaching code and I am always ready to help anybody learn more or put up an antenna. I try to be a good source of knowledge and I will even help another ham get to a radio meeting. I've been called the friendly one and I also try to be the helpful one. I am a firm believer in Hams Helping Hams,because isn't that what this hobby is all about?Keep the service alive and use all the air space you can. "Use It or Lose It"..Looking forward to another great year, Hope to hear you on the air..
